If you experience any of the following within 14 days of your purchase, we will issue a full refund:
- The product does not work on your supported device as advertised
- A critical bug prevents normal use and we cannot fix it within a reasonable timeframe
- You purchased by mistake (for example, wrong device ID entered)
What is not covered
The following situations do not qualify for refunds:
- Change of mind after the trial period has ended
- Buyer's remorse on a product that works as documented
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
- Devices not listed as compatible at the time of purchase
- Disagreement with documented product limitations

- A brief description of the issue
